2 pounds flour 10 oz kefir (nature, without any flavor!) 3 eggs 1 package yeast 3 teaspoon salt garlic

Prepare the dough with all the ingredients (cut or mash the garlic). Leave it in the fridge for at least 4 hours. It should rise and become fluffy. Cut out small pieces (easy with wet hand) and stretch them as much as possible without breaking the dough. Deep fry it in oil at around 450F, turn periodically, until it becomes gold. Eat with garlic sauce, sour cream and cheese.
